The litter bin features a litter plate and is available with either a textured or smooth finish, but whichever you choose it will never rust! Comes complete with a budget lock as standard with the option to upgrade to a slam lock. The Double Never Rust Litter Bin has two "LITTER' plates applied to the front and back.
