Description
Cambro Camwear Colander - Polycarbonate
Manufactured from durable, transparent polycarbonate, the Cambro Camwear Food Colander is designed to withstand the demands of busy commercial kitchens and catering environments. Its clear construction supports quick stock identification and efficient inventory management, while reducing the risk of cross-contamination. Perforations in the base allow liquids and juices to drain away during washing, thawing and long-term storage, helping to maintain food quality and freshness. Featuring moulded-in handles for safe and comfortable transportation, and resistant to temperatures from -40°C to 99°C, it is ideal for thawing seafood and meats, washing and storing produce, holding marinated or brined foods, and preserving freshness in food preparation and catering environments.
