Designed for use with Rubbermaid's 1/2 Gastronorm Pans, the Notched Hard Cover allows for the placement of serving utensils without the risk of them falling into, or cross-contaminating the food. The Notched Hard Cover also ensures that food remains covered and maintains quality.
